Brad Lowery

Real estate is a new chapter for me, but homes, construction, and serving our community have been a big part of my life for many years.

In addition to being a Realtor, I am the owner of Air Concepts of Middle Georgia, where we have had the opportunity to serve our community through heating and air services, as well as Lowery Custom Homes, where we focus on building quality homes from the ground up. Through both businesses, I have gained years of hands-on experience working with homes, homeowners, contractors, and the many details that go into building and maintaining a property.

My background in HVAC and home construction gives me a unique perspective when it comes to real estate. I don’t just see a house—I understand many of the systems, construction details, and qualities that can make a home a great investment. I’m excited to take that knowledge and experience into real estate and use it to better serve my clients.

Owning and operating local businesses has taught me the importance of hard work, honesty, communication, and treating people right. Those are the same values I plan to bring to every real estate transaction.
