Burns Gore Real Estate School is fully accredited and approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to provide courses which fulfill the education requirements to obtain your Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License, Georgia Real Estate Broker License, Continuing Education credits, and Post-Licensing requirements.  

Each class is led by experienced real estate professionals who have been recognized for their excellence in the industry by the GA Real Estate Educators Association - 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year and 2011 Rising Star Instructor.  With 30+ years combined experience, your instructors are able to offer real world experience to compliment the required material.   

Salesperson Pre-License In-Class Education

The 75 hour pre-licensing course is the first step in preparing a solid foundation for your real estate career.  This course will prepare you for the Georgia State Exam and covers topics such as real estate and contract law, real estate finance, property ownership, client representation, contract details, closings, ethics, and much more. 

Each class will run 11 weeks and meets in-person each Monday and Thursday evening from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Burns Gore Real Estate office.  Please see the course schedule below for the upcoming year.  For additional details and pricing please call 478-454-0077.

*To obtain a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License you must be a high school diploma or GED, pass a background check, and be at least 18 years old to become licensed in Georgia.  For a complete list of licensing requirements please refer to the Georgia Real Estate Commission website at https://georgia.gov/organization/georgia-real-estate-commission-appraisers-board.
